Hard to believe, but the place Brits are most likely to lose their mobile phones – more likely than leaving it in the pub or taxi – is down the pan. ‘Chatter in the crapper’ occurs a stunning 855,000 times as handsets are flushed away, leading to an extra £342million pounds in revenue for mobile phone companies, according to a study by Simply Switch.
